All sales are final. Due to the nature of vape products and for health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been completed or delivered.

Orders that cannot be completed due to failure to provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery or pickup may be cancelled, and delivery may be refused. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate prior to confirmation.

If a product is found to be defective at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately before use. Any resolution, if applicable, will be handled at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
