Shipping Policy

We offer local delivery for eligible orders within our service area. Orders are delivered directly and on the spot, subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume, but we aim to complete deliveries as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In accordance with Ontario law, valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel are required to verify that the recipient is 19 years of age or older before releasing any vape products. If valid ID cannot be presented, or if the recipient does not meet the legal age

requirement, the order will not be completed and may be cancelled or returned.

Online age confirmation or website age verification is used for screening purposes only and does not replace mandatory in-person ID verification. Vape products will only be delivered to the individual who placed the order and whose age has been successfully verified at the delivery address.
